2) 1968 Corvette L89 T-Top, 427-435 hp (L89), 4 speed, numbers match. Rally Red paint with Red interior. Very rare correct color combination. Body-off restoration in show condition. Bloomington Gold and NCRS Top Flight awards. One of 624 aluminum head L89's produced in 1968 and one of 1,030 produced over the 3-year production run. Optioned with aluminum heads (L89), power windows, shoulder harness, transistorized ignition, M-21, 3.55 posi, SS brakes, A.I.R., AM/FM radio, off road exhaust, tinted glass, rallys, and F-70x15 red stripe tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, T-Top bags, seat belts, washer system, smog system, shifter, shielding, braided wires, air cleaner, alternator, hoses, hose clamps, owners manual, sales brochure, and T-3 headlights. Documented with the tank sticker (partial), dealer invoice, MSO, title search, owner history, restoration photos/receipts, Bloomington and NCRS certificates and judging sheets. Editorialized in Corvette Fever magazine. Production date of February 29th, 1968 and delivered new by Nuzum-Cross Chevrolet in Newton, NC (dealer code 539 in zone 16) per the official NCRS/GM Shipping Data Records (SDR).
